We are excited to announce we are hiring and looking for a driven individual to join the TitanTV Team!
We are looking for a competent individual to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company, while providing technical support to our clients and consumers. The ideal Operations Support candidate is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, customer care duties, data entry tasks, and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Operation Support Job Details
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort, distribute, and assist with technical client and consumer communications and issues in a timely manner and direct to the appropriate person as needed. To include entering Help tickets.
- Create and update records in the company’s CRM (SalesForce) ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of office supplies and order supplies as needed
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Office building liaison with landlord and other contracted services.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed, including answering main company phone line, deliveries, liaison for visitors, security & telecommunication systems, etc.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as your proficiencies increases.
Skills
- Proven experience handling customer and/or consumer technical questions through a customer care, office assistant, or other relevant position
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool(s).
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook
