Red Bee Media, in partnership with TitanTV, strives to provide our clients and vendors with the most up-to-date metadata and listings. In doing so, we ask stations to help assist in our collaborative efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date listings by providing schedules to us using the following steps:
- All schedules and updates should be sent to our main system email address tveditor@fyitelevision.com.
- The best way to send in schedules and updates is to always include the standard FCC call letters in the subject line of the email.
- The preferred method of delivery is one station call sign per email, but we can maintain flexibility on an as needed basis.
- If sending multiple schedules per email, please include each FCC call sign within the subject line.
- When submitting a OTO (One Time Only), UFN (Until Further Notice) or any other schedule update, we ask that you do one of the following:
- Highlight on the schedule the change occurring.
- Write in the body of the email the exact changes made on the attached schedule.
- We also would prefer a schedule submitted each time an update occurs with the most up-to-date listings and all changes from the previous schedule to be highlighted or outlined in the body of the email.
- The best way to send in schedules and updates is to always include the standard FCC call letters in the subject line of the email.
- We request notification of the launch of a new sub-channel & affiliation changes of an existing channel be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the go live date.
- This will allow for our internal system to send data to Titan TV.
- If a potential listing issue occurs, an email should be sent to the following email addresses where a representative will resolve and/or respond to your issue:
- dataissues@fyitelevision.com – This email address will send your listings errors to our staff and someone will respond, resolve, or put you in touch with someone to research the issue.
- The primary use of this email address is for listings concerns and it should not be added to any distribution lists.
- tveditor@fyitelevision.com – Our main email distribution address where all station correspondence can be maintained in the same internal location for historical purposes.
- If a raised concern has not been resolved in a timely manner, please feel free to reach out to our Operations Manager, Mark Alba at mark.alba@redbeemedia.com to address any concerns.
- dataissues@fyitelevision.com – This email address will send your listings errors to our staff and someone will respond, resolve, or put you in touch with someone to research the issue.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and partnership with providing complete and accurate metadata.
